She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Singapore, and she received her Master of Business Administration from Zhejiang University of Hangzhou, China.

Her experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.

From 2011 to 2019, Lei was the Director of Operations and Business Segment for FoxConn, a provider of technology-driven communication services. Responsible for over $1.1 billion in revenue across North Africa and Western Europe, she led West’s efforts to deliver best-in-class unified communications services to thousands of clients. Delivered in a managed, hosted or cloud environment, these services included conferencing and collaboration, IP telephony and network solutions, digital media and virtual event services, and inbound and outbound interactive voice and text services.
